Swing Shouters is a quintet with a powerful and communicative energy who arranges and plays jazz standards from 30’s to 40’s.
As the band was born within the dance school Swing & Shout (Tours, France) their music is ideal for swing dancers.
With more than 300 gigs under their belt the Swing Shouters had become one of the most popular band of the international Swing community.

Street Shouters is a New Orleans jazz combo playing famous standards from the 30’s written by these great musicians : Louis Armstrong, Thomas Fats Waller, Sidney Bechet...
They play with musical instruments as sousaphone and the banjo that fit for this particular kind of music. This band is really about passing its love for this intense music and culture and about keeping it alive.
It can be adapted to parades or regular gigs.

Johnny Hodges had been Duke Ellington’s fellow traveller during more than 40 years. Saxophonist with a style and talent beyond compare, he was one of the prominent figures of the American 30’s jazz scene. The Swing Shouters Little Band pay tribute to this genius for your ears and feet pleasure... oh yes! Johnny Hodges’ music is just perfect to dance Charleston and Lindy hop.
